We have identified Modular Structures as the pre- ferred building system that will enable us to achieve this goal at the desired time and cost. These units can be easily turned around into liveable spaces to meet specific needs and are flexible enough to have as many designs as possible.
Modular Structures are originally designed to carry heavy loads and are stackable in high columns (up to eight units high), which simplifies design, planning and construction.
These units are made from steel and thus have the req- uisite strength to make conversion and use very easy to achieve as they are the perfect building blocks for fast affordable construction that are basically cheaper. The speed of construction depends on the size and com- plexity of the project ranging within an average of 4 weeks to 10 weeks.
In comparison with the traditional concrete, brick and mortar construction, modular designs are usually about 20% - 30% cheaper depending on the design and style.
